National Bank: Identity Assistance Mobile App
Identity Assistance – Dual Protection, Twice the Benefits
Take the dual protection of Identity Assistance with you everywhere you go. We’ll monitor both your credit bureau file and your identity online. Identity Assistance monitors your credit bureau file and alerts you to potential fraud, while giving you simple tools to track your credit standing over time.* You’ll also have extended identity protection services, including online card monitoring alerts and immediate assistance if your payment cards are lost or stolen. Here’s how you’re covered:
Alerts to Keep You Informed – Identity Assistance monitors your credit file daily, while also doing double duty with online surveillance technology that scans the Internet for your payment cards and personal information. You’ll receive alerts whenever there is activity that requires your review. That helps you take immediate action to protect your financial reputation and your identity.
Simplified Credit Report & Score At Your Fingertips – Review your most recent credit report and score anytime, anywhere you go. Clear, easy-to-understand visuals help you better understand your overall credit worthiness. You can even flip your phone horizontally to see how your credit scores are trending quarterly (credit history will appear after three months of being a subscriber).
One-Touch Loss & Theft Assistance on All Registered Cards – When you register your payment cards and important information, one touch of your Panic Button is all it takes to report cards as lost or stolen and get the help you need.
‘Scan & Go’ Virtual Wallet – Never worry about forgetting your loyalty cards at home again. Just scan them into your virtual wallet, display the barcode in store and redeem your valuable points.
Travel Notifications – Travel with peace of mind knowing your cards won’t be declined while you’re away. Simply choose the cards you plan to use on your travels and we’ll notify your card issuers on your behalf.
*Note: All family members have access to identity protection services, however, only those who receive a valid Access Code will be able to use credit bureau monitoring services.
